~you sat all by yourself for about 10 seconds on the 3oth! We were taking your 5 month pictures and she was able to get some of you sitting up.
~for the first time you sat in the grocery cart like a big girl! The cover that we got for you has a harness so you weren't sliding over. I took a bunch of your toys and you were so good! You've also sat in Target's cart, but that one is bigger so you were sliding down some.
~we are no longer using the shield AT ALL!!! This has been so freeing for me and you seem to like it too! Thank you for working so hard baby girl!
~your silly sound has been a laugh ending in clearing your throat with a fake cough. You're so silly!
~you've been sleeping really good and taking good naps. You've also been falling asleep on your own during nap time. I wait 15 minutes and you usually talk yourself to sleep.
~you started transferring toys between hands! Way to go! That's another skill we'll be able to check off for your 6 month evaluation.
~you've also started to actually shake your rattles. Sometimes you hit yourself in the head, but not too hard. You look so cute doing it!
~the cutest thing has been that you've started to really interact with the dogs. Boomer doesn't really let you pet him but you try so hard! Koda on the other hand will lick your hands like crazy! We got it on video because you were just laughing the whole time she was doing it. Whenever she'd stop you would turn your head to the side and look at her to get her attention. At one point you got ahold of her tongue! Maybe if I can figure out how to post videos I will. And yes, as soon as Koda stopped I immediately went to wash your hands with soap and water!
~you've brought so many smiles to our faces!
